RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
Returns
We do accept returns with a genuine and valid reason. If a return is approved, the amount will be credited directly into your bank account. The return request must be made within 3 days of delivery — the day of delivery is counted as Day 1.
Exchanges
Exchanges are available for size adjustments or product exchanges. Customers must inform us of any size or product issues within 3 business days of delivery. Please note that a product is eligible for exchange only once.
Shipping for Exchanges & Returns
We provide pickup service for both exchange and return requests. If you would like to schedule a pickup, a charge of ₹140 will apply.
How to Initiate an Exchange or Return
To start an exchange or return, please email us at herinsales@gmail.com with your order details and reason for return or exchange. Our team will guide you through the process during business hours.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order, provided it has not yet been dispatched. To cancel, contact us on WhatsApp at +91 9999176446. Once the order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Package Opening Process (Mandatory)
Customers are requested to record a complete unboxing video from the moment of receiving the package to fully opening it. If you are reporting a defect or damage, this video is mandatory. Without proper video proof, we may not be able to assist further.
Shipping Charges
Shipping charges are non-refundable in all cases.
Sale Items
Sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please make sure you order accordingly. If you still wish to exchange a sale item, the shipping charges will be borne by the customer.
Processing Time
The complete return or exchange process takes approximately 1 to 1.5 business weeks from the date of initiation.
Company's Authority
In case of any dispute or issue, Herin holds the final authority to make decisions regarding returns, exchanges, and refunds.
